Here at Healthy Telford, we know that healthy communities are places where people feel connected to those around them.

With that in mind we’re looking at developing a new website to help local people access info on the things happening in their local area and the activities they can do.

We think the website will help make it as easy as possible for people to find out what’s going on near them, quickly, conveniently and accurately.

The website will have information on:

  • community groups
  • venues
  • activities and events
  • health services and advice

To help us develop this website we are keen to hear more about the types of information you think people would find most helpful and how you would prefer to access it. So please take the time to complete our community website consultation.

Promoting the work community groups do

One of the main features of the website will be around helping people to discover some of the community groups out there who are doing an fantastic job to help people live healthier lives.

You can see examples of community groups in Telford in the following video playlist.
