A survey on the implementation of the Everybody Active, Every Day (EAED) framework is currently being undertaken and we would like to know what you think.

Public Health England (PHE) has commissioned ICF Consulting to undertake an evaluation of the implementation of the framework. The review will focus in particular on addressing inequalities in physical activity, and on the two domains of ‘active society’ and ‘active environments.’

The survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete this questionnaire. The survey will close on Friday 9th February.

Complete the survey.

Please feel free to share this page to anyone you think is relevant. This might include commissioners, providers, academics, policy makers, healthcare professionals, politicians etc., within the public, private and voluntary and community sectors.

Your survey responses are anonymous and your participation in the survey is voluntary.

If you have any questions about the survey or the Everybody Active, Every Day review, please contact Aisha.Ahmad@icf.com

Thanks for your help.
