When you are thinking about having a baby or when you are early on in your pregnancy it is a good idea to think about your own health too.

There is lots of information about what women should be doing or shouldn’t be doing – we know how confusing it can be!

We are qualified midwives and we can talk to you and help you to understand the simple things you can start doing to keep you and your baby happy and healthy. If you aren’t pregnant yet we can help you to understand what you might want to start doing to make sure your pregnancy as good as it can be.
