How Telford Libraries aim to entertain – even with people staying at home

Telford Libraries are bringing Bounce and Rhyme sessions into the home through Facebook Live.

Across Telford, babies and toddlers are cooped up inside with their parents looking to be entertained.

My 1 year old twins, Annabelle and Alice, are beginning to miss the outside world. And I am no different!

However, the online Bounce and Rhyme sessions hosted on Facebook Live by Telford Libraries toady have helped to entertain us.

They have given us the chance to have a sing song, a new way to play, and to feel connected to other parents in the same situation as us. All the while continuing to follow that all important government advice to stay at home.

The Bounce and Rhyme sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30am as a Facebook Live on Telford Libraries Facebook page.

There is a Facebook Event you can sign up to be reminded when each session is about to start. Also, make sure you follow the Telford Libraries and visit their Facebook Page Tuesday at 10.30 on a Tuesday or Thursday to join in.

We hope to see there next time.

Stay safe and stay at home.
