Tackling Excess Weight
Much of the work Healthy Telford are doing right now is around tackling the issue of excess weight in Telford and Wrekin.
We all need to do our bit to tackle excess weight.
This is because the scale of the problem is huge, and there is no one cause nor one solution to the issue of excess weight.
Healthy Telford aims to empower people and communities who have the energy and passion to make a difference. No matter who you are, we want to work with you to help shape the healthy communities we all want to see – and tackle the issue of excess weight.
You can read more about this in Telford and Wrekin’s annual health report produced by the Public Health Team at Telford & Wrekin Council.
