You don’t need to wait until you are struggling with your mental health before anything is done.
There are lots of things you can do to protect yourself and prevent problems from getting worse, just as we do with our physical health.
Every Mind Matters, launched by Public Health England, is a campaign that can help you to just that.
Through Every Mind Matters adults are able to think about their mental health, and discover simple steps anyone can take to look after their own mental health and wellbeing.
Get your own mind plan
One of the things you can do is to create your own mind plan with a free NHS-approved online tool, which aims to help you feel more in control, deal with stress and anxiety, boost your mood and improve your sleep.
The Every Mind Matters site has case studies and further information to help you with, mental wellbeing, anxiety, sleep, stress and low mood.
