Sid, a Healthy Lifestyle Advisor for Telford & Wrekin Council

A client of Telford & Wrekin Council’s Healthy Lifestyle Service recently sent us some feedback about their experience with one of our advisors called Sid.

They told us:

I am so surprised by how easy the program is to follow. Sid is a wonderful, supportive person to talk to. He tailored it to my lifestyle. It does not feel like I’m on a diet at all. Instead it is just little changes to my eating habits have made an incredible difference.

I never thought I would be able to lose weight. Now I feel I can get to whichever goal I set myself, without feeling like I’m on a diet. Speaking to Sid has really helped me lose weight and feel positive and many areas in my life. Thank you so much

Sid has worked for the Healthy Lifestyles Team for more than 3 years. Prior to this Sid was a Health Trainer and worked on several health-related projects including ‘Tackle your Health’ (a men’s health project), the ‘One You Healthier You’ project (a project to support people to become more active) and was also a Physical Activity Consultant with Aspirations.

Sid enjoys supporting clients to improve their mental health and wellbeing and also helping to prevent clients being diagnosed with diabetes.
