We recently launched our school health and wellbeing webinar series with an engaging session on the Eatwell Guide, delivered by Niki Andrews and Lydia Murphy from the Eatwell Team.

This informative webinar gave participants a clear overview of the NHS Eatwell Guide, highlighting the role of each food group in maintaining a balanced diet. It also covered portion sizes and food types, aiming to boost teachers’ confidence and knowledge to support healthy eating education in their schools.
